Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Sections 6-51-102, 6-51-104, and 13-7- 203, the City of McKenzie Board of Mayor and Council will host public hearings on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 6 p.m. at the McKenzie Municipal Center pertaining to the following matters: 1) A resolution to annex certain territory and to incorporate same within the corporate boundaries of the City of McKenzie, Tennessee: Property located on Republic Drive near Tennessee State Route 22 furtherly described as tax parcels 10.05 and 10.07, owned by McKenzie Building 360 LLC and Profi le Incorporated as depicted on Henry County Tax Map 162; and, 2) A resolution adopting a plan of service for the annexation of tax parcels 10.05 and 10.07, as depicted on Henry County Tax Map 162, located on Re- public Drive owned by McKenzie Building 360 LLC and Profi le Incorporated; and, 3) An ordinance amending the official Zoning Map of McKenzie, Tennessee by zoning the annexed property described as tax parcels 10.05 and 10.07, Henry County Tax Map 162 to M-2 (Heavy Industrial) Copies of the Plan of Service Resolution, Annexation Resolution & Illustration, and Or- dinance to Zone the proposed annexed territory are available at the McKenzie Munic- ipal Center, McKenzie Memorial Library, and McKenzie Industrial Development Board.
