Douglass, Attorney for Plaintiff in this cause, whose address is 42 South Main Street, Lexington, Tennessee, 38351, or default judgment will be entered against the Defendant, ROBERT CHARLES NUE- MANN, and this cause set for hearing in the Chancery Court of Carroll County, Tennessee, sitting in the Carroll County Court Courthouse in Huntingdon, Tennes- see, ex parte as to Defendant, ROBERT CHARLES NEUMANN. If there is no answer, a hearing on Plaintiffs’ motion for default shall be heard on March 18, 2021. Failure to answer or appear may result in granting a divorce to the Plaintiff.
