Public Chapter 768 requires that the name, license number, expiration date and classifi cation of the Masonry contractor be included when the cost of the masonry portion (including materials and labor) is $100,000 or greater. 8. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. 11.
