CARROLL COUNTY GOVERNMENT (TENNESSEE) ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Please notice that the Carroll County Mayors Office shall accept sealed written bids for Remodel of Restrooms at the Carroll County Office Complex. Proposals, bids, or responses must be submitted to the Of- fi ce of the Carroll County Mayor, Joseph G. Butler, at 625 High St. Suite 101, Carroll County Office Complex, Huntingdon, Tennessee, 38344, no later than 9 a.m. CST, April 2, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened and considered. Copies of bid documents may be obtained at the Carroll County Mayors Office at the above address, or by email at jbutler@carroll.tn.org. All interested parties, without regard of race, color or na- tional origin, shall be afforded the opportunity to bid and shall receive equal consideration. Title VI states “No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the ben- efi ts of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program activity receiving Federal financial assistance.” Carroll County strives to protect individuals’ civil rights through active compli- ance with the requirements of Title VI.
