NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 13-7-105, the Carroll County Legislative Body does hereby give notice of a public hearing on the 8th day of April, at 6:45 p.m. at the Carroll County Office Complex. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding a proposed resolution which would amend the text of to the Carroll County Lake Zoning Resolu- tion to establish the requirement of site plan approv- al for structures proposed on properties with lake frontage. Copies of the proposed text amendment and revised zoning map are available in the Office of the County Mayor during normal business hours. All in- terested persons are invited to attend.
