It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition to Adjudicate Dependency and Neglect, to Transfer Temporary Legal Custody, and for Ex Parte Order, the Motion for Service by Publication and the Affi davit of Diligent Search that the where- abouts of Brian Wainscott are unknown and cannot be ascer- tained by diligent search; therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon Brian Wainscott. It is, therefore, ORDERED that Brian Wainscott be served by publication of the following notice for four consecutive weeks in the McKenzie Banner, a newspaper published in Carroll County, Tennessee.
