CA: 2021-CV-36 KELLEY HOLLOWELL DEFENDANT A8515/8-4 ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION It appearing to the Court from the petition filed in this cause that the where- abouts of the Defendant, Kelley Hollowell, is presently unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, so that ordinary process cannot be served upon her. Therefore, this Order of Publication should be published in the “The McKenzie Banner” newspaper located in McKenzie, Tennessee, as the best possible notice to the Defendant, Kelley Hollowell, under the circumstances. Defendant, Kelley Hollowell, is hereby required to appear and file an an- swer with Kenneth Todd, Clerk and Master of the Carroll County Chancery Court, Carroll County Courthouse, 99 Court Square, Huntingdon, Tennessee 38344, or otherwise defend against the Petition to Divest Title and Approve Sale, and serve an answer to said Petition by April 16, 2021, which is (30) thirty days from the last day of publication of this Notice, and send a copy of said Answer to Laura A. Keeton, Attorney for Plaintiffs in this cause, whose address is P.O. Box 647, Huntingdon, Tennessee 38344, or Default Judgment will be entered against Defendant, Kelley Hollowell, and this cause set for hearing in the Chancery Court of Carroll County Courthouse in Huntingdon, Tennessee, ex parte as to Defendant, Kelley Hollowell. If there is no answer, a hearing on Plaintiffs’ Petition to Divest Title and Approve Sale If there is no answer, a hearing on Plaintiffs’ Petition to Divest Title and Approve Sale shall be heard on April 20, 2021.
