R17326/15-1 Notice is hereby given that Citizens Bank & Trust Company, located at 1359 West Main Street, Atwood, Carroll County, Tennessee 38220, has made appli- cation/notifi cation to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) for approval to re-locate the main office of the bank to 120 Fifth Avenue North, Franklin, Williamson County, Tennessee 37064. The bank’s existing branch offi ce in Atwood, Tennessee, would remain open for banking business under the name “Citizens Bank & Trust Company, a division of Lineage Bank.” Approval of this application would re- sult in the bank operating two branches for banking business—one in Atwood, Tennessee, and one at the newly-relocated main offi ce in Franklin, Tennessee. Any person wishing to comment on this application/ notification may fi le his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director (DSC) of the Federal De- posit Insurance Corporation at its Area Offi ce at 6060 Primacy Parkway, Suite 300, Memphis, Tennessee, 38119, not later than April 28, 2021.
