McKenzie Special School District RESTROOM FLOORING/ REFINISHING/RESURFACING McKenzie Special School District is seeking bids for restroom fl ooring/refi nishing/resurfacing at McKenzie Middle School, 80 Woodrow Ave., McKenzie, TN, 38201. All fl ooring options will be considered. All bids should include: recommended fl ooring option (tile replacement, refi nishing and/or resurfacing options), all material costs, all labor costs for tear-out (if applicable) and installation, all other associated cost/expenses for the total project, and any included warranty information. Please include in the fi nal bid package the total price, by line item, for all costs and services to be provided. All prospective bidders should schedule a visit to McKenzie Middle School to review the project and ensure the full scope of work, including the appropriate square footage for each restroom, is considered. Bids packages, marked “MMS Flooring 2026”, should be submitted to Dr. Justin Barden, Director of Schools, by no later than 2:00 pm on Friday, June 5. Bid packages can be mailed or in-person delivered to 114 Bell Ave, McKenzie, TN, 38201. The successful bidder will be responsible for all material removal, disposal, and cleanup at the site. The timeline for the start and completion of the project will be fi nalized with the successful bidder and the school district. The successful bidder must provide proof of insurance and relevant TN licenses. McKenzie Special School District is a governmental entity and in such exempt from sales tax.
