Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 13-7-203, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the McKenzie Mayor and Board of Aldermen on Monday, the 22nd day of June, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. at McKenzie City Hall. The hearing is to receive public input on an amendment to the Offi cial Zoning Map of McKenzie, Tennessee which would rezone properties located at 15671, 15687, and 15697 Highland Drive (owned by the Perkins Corporation) from partially B-2 (Highway Business) and R-3 (High Density Residential) to entirely B-2 (Highway Business).
