County Agrees to $10 Million Reimbursement For Electric Department

HUNTINGDON (March 3) — The Carroll County Commission approved Resolution 3-01-2025 — Declaring the intent to reimburse itself or the Carroll County Board of Public Utilities for the principal amounts of bonds or other debt obligations expected to be issued to finance the new headquarters construction project for the Carroll County Electric Department.
