Organization Celebrates 30th Anniversary

McKENZIE (July 20) - Carroll Arts, an organization dedicated to cultivating and celebrating the arts in Carroll County, hosted an annual event Saturday at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church highlighting talented artists from across the county. The event was also a celebration of the group's 30th anniversary.
