From the Mar 10, 2026 e-EditionHUNTINGDON (March 6) — Herein is a statement from the Carroll County Election Commission regarding Chad Christopher Barnhart’s ineligibility for a countywide race in the upcoming May 5, 2026, election. Chad Christopher Barnhart’s name will not appear on the May 5, 2026, Republican primary election ballot because the Carroll County Election Commission cannot place him on it without a court order restoring his citizenship rights.
