Commission Green Lights Paving Project

HUNTINGDON (April 8) — On Monday, the Carroll County Commission met approving a significant paving project to be undertaken by the Carroll County Highway Department. Carroll County received a $3 million portion of the grant, $2,961,173 from the state with the county spending roughly $68,000. The Highway Department’s match was factored into the FY Budget 2023-2024.
