Donald (Donnie) Ray York

SELMER (FORMERLY McKENZIE) Tenn. - A Memorial Service for Donald Ray York is Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday,  noon until service time.

Donnie, 66, died at his home in Selmer on June 14, 2024. He was born on October 25, 1957, in Lexington, Tenn., to Matt and Nellie Robinson and was later adopted by Claude and Lois Davis York.

Donnie did not have an occupation, but if anyone knew Donnie knows that he was a jack of all trades.

He is survived by five siblings: Bettie Sanchez of Henry, Ginger (Joe) Cobb of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Danny (Barbara) Robinson of Milan, and Tim Robinson of Jackson and Mark York of McKenzie.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, JR Robinson.
