Humane Society Shelter Struck by ATV, Driver Charged with DUI

An ATV struck the front of the Carroll County Humane Society shelter where a wall and bay door meet. Kennels on the other side of the wall were pushed about two feet by the impact.
McKENZIE (January 28) — Carroll County Humane Society's shelter building was struck by an ATV Wednesday afternoon. Surveillance footage shared by the nonprofit shows an ATV driving in the parking lot of the shelter, losing traction and sliding into the building near a bay door.
