Carroll County Inclusion Park Receives Offers For Free Concrete Work

HUNTINGDON (March 30) — The Carroll County Inclusion Park had recently announced it was seeking bids to repair chipped concrete surfaces, but an official told The Banner Monday afternoon that bids are no longer needed as several entities yet to be named have offered to contribute to the project free of charge.
