Mr. Jerry William Clements, 81, of Bruceton, Tenn. died Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital surrounded by his loved Ones.

Funeral services are in the Chapel of Bruceton Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, April 3, with Bro—Ben Williams officiating. Burial will follow in McAuley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Bruceton Funeral Home on Thursday, April 2, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and again on Friday, April 3, from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Mr. Clements was born April 2, 1944, in Siloam, Georgia  to the late Virgil Clements and Bertha Bramlett Clements. He was also preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Karen Clements. Jerry came to Tennessee after graduating high school to attend Nashville Auto/Diesel College. He worked in Nashville before coming to Bruceton and running the local Texaco Station. Then he started working for Rescar Railroad Co. in New Johnsonville, a job he loved and retired from.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Peggy Clements, a daughter, Rachel Clements of Bruceton, a son, Scott (Vickie) Clements of Buena Vista, three brothers, Edward Clements of Siloam, GA, Donnie (Nancy) Clements of White Plains, GA, and Kelvin Clements of Siloam, GA, five sisters, Emily Calloway, Annette (Tom) Leach, Betty (Jack) Northington all of Greensboro, GA, Dale Temple of White Plains, GA, and Audrey (Mike) Kelly of Mount Airy, GA, five grandchildren, Rachael (Ben) Williams, Victoria (Jesse) Autry, Malorie Clements-Tillman, Layla Tubbs, and Jasmine (Dillon) Mintz, nine great grandchildren, Mary, Maddie, Audrey, Annie, Liam, Lathan, Myla, Weston, and Asher. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
