HUNTINGDON — Mrs. Joyce Spain, 70, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, died Thursday, November 6, 2025 at her home.

Funeral services are at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 10, 2025, in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Lance Cordell officiating. Burial will follow in Obion Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Glen Dale Brown, Jason Hicks, Kyle Thompson, Jeremy Thompson, David Allan Hicks, Brad Hicks, Jimmy Hicks, Richard Hicks, and Cody Prince.

Mrs. Spain was born on December 29, 1954, in Benton, Kentucky, to the late Ralphly Howell Hicks and Irene Eldridge Hicks. She was a registered nurse. She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad Spain; five brothers, Ralph Eugene Hicks, Joe Thomas Hicks, James Howell Hicks, Dan Phillip Hicks, and Gary Edwin Hicks; two sisters, Janice Kay Hicks, Ann Grace Henson, a niece, Angela Carol Hicks, and a nephew, Frederick Dean Hicks.

She is survived by three sons, John Matthew Spain (Stacie) of Millington, Tennessee, Timothy Joseph Spain (Lindsey) of Lexington, Tennessee, Adam William Spain, of Millington, Tennessee; two sisters, Eva Gray Logsdon, Laura Kathleen Thompson, two brothers Larry Cecil Hicks, Charles David Hicks, and six grandchildren, Brooke Spain, Blake Spain, Mason Spain, Esther Spain, Abel Spain, and Nolen Spain.
