From the Apr 1, 2025 e-Edition

Megan White Inman, 40, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, died in the early morning of March 16, 2025, in her home, surrounded by family and friends.

Megan is finally at rest after a long, difficult battle with cancer. Amid her journey, from beginning to end, she inspired many with her faith, kind spirit, courage, and smile. Every minute of her life, she loved big. Besides her faith in God, her whole world was her family, though she touched anyone who came around her. Even strangers would comment about a special light that seemingly shone from her and about what an inspiration she truly was.

She is leaving behind her loving husband Chase, who never left her side; one daughter, Mackenzie Mae Dunbar; two sons, Myles Cope and Maddux Inman; her mother, Melinda Vailes; her maternal grandparents, Billy and Louise Baker; one sister, Michelle White (Dustin); special aunt and uncle, Amanda and Larry Miller; extended family, Jared, Julie, and Drake Dunbar; many other well-loved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews; mother-in-law, Donna Inman; the entire Inman family; and a multitude of friends.

A Celebration of Life was Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church, 11110 Lexington Street, Huntingdon, TN 38344.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests donations be made toward a scholarship being established in Megan’s honor. Donations may be made at TVA in Huntingdon or Bank of Perry County.
