Monte Paul Morris

McKENZIE, Tenn. - Funeral services for Monte Paul Morris are Friday, May 23, 2025, at 1: p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. until service time. Minister Freeman Mahan is the officiant. Mr. Morris will be later laid to rest at Caledonia Cemetery.

Mr. Morris, 76, died at Cherrywood Rehabilitation Center on Monday, May 19, 2025. He was born in Huntingdon, Tenn., on February 11, 1949, to Andrew and Daphna Barnhart Morris. He attended Trezevant Church of Christ and was a retired truck driver.

He is survived by his two sons, Marty (Amanda) Morris of McKenzie and Micah Morris of Nashville, daughter, Suzanne (Bentley) London of Franklin, brother Jerry (Gwen) Morris of Huntingdon, sister Judy (Kevin) Alexander of Rutherford, four grandchildren Madelyn Morris, Mary Ryan Morris, Isla Rose London, and Emma London.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Daphna Morris, and his partner, Sandra Baker.
