Mr. Paul Burns, 83, of Westport, Tennessee died Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Harmony Hill Assisted Living Residence.

Funeral services are in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Billy Clark and Bro. Tim Parish officiating. Burial to follow in Jamison Cemetery.

Pallbearers who will serve are Jamie Burns, Michael Isom, Donnie Smith, Josh Cary, Ricky Cary, and Adam Cary.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.

Mr. Burns was born on July 13, 1941, in McLemoresville, to the late James Kyle and Mary Sue (Mitchell) Burns. He was a Westport Church of Christ and Clarksburg Ruritan Club member. He worked as an electrician for T.V.A. for nearly 40 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Sue Burns.

He is survived by a daughter, Amanda Hayes of Westport, a son, Cary Hayes (Monica) of Columbia, a sister, Ann Isom of North Carolina, a brother, Jimmy Burns of Maitland, Florida, he also leaves behind five grandchildren, Alexis Brockington, Kyle Brockington, Chandler Hayes, Drake Hayes, and Benaiah Hayes, three great-grandchildren. Zacchaeus Michael Brockington, Kyle Brockington Jr., Malik Robison Jr.
