A Reader’s Response to the Water Issue in Trezevant

So Trezevant needs a $6 million dollar upgrade to their water system (The McKenzie Banner, 2/18/25). How are they going to pay for it? Well, they are raising their rates so they can get a match for “a federal grant.” Their consultant wants engineers to get working and “start applying for federal funding.”
