Record Speaks at Senior Center Potluck

McKENZIE (April 24) — Will Record, clinic director at Dynamix, was the guest speaker at the McKenzie Senior Citizens Center monthly potluck Thursday. Record spoke about the clinic's MOVE campaign to encourage proactive health journeys with personalized, effective and safe exercise routines. He emphasized the importance of mobility for seniors. He also gave a demonstration of dry needling treatments for various ailments with help from Mayor Ryan Griffin.
