Sandra Lynn Allen Roof

McKENZIE, Tenn. — A memorial service for Sandra Lynn Allen Roof will be held soon.

Mrs. Roof, 65, died Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

She was a graduate of McKenzie High School and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She was born on December 26, 1960, to Charles and Ruby Sanders Allen. Mrs. Roof was the Vice President of the Tarlov cyst Foundation and a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Ron Roof of McKenzie; two sons, Trevor Roof of McKenzie and Hunter (Allie) Roof of Edgewater, Maryland; a brother, Wayne (Glenda) Allen of McKenzie; her mother, Ruby; and two grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Allen.
