CARROLL COUNTY, Tenn. (April 14) — One of the roles of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce is to recognize individuals, businesses, etc., for excellence. The Chamber recognized seventeen students for achieving a score of at least 29 on the national ACT exam. A perfect score on the ACT is 36.
