NASHVILLE (August 1) — The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) and the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS) are teaming up to raise awareness of underage drinking as students return to class for the new school year.
