Unemployment Rates Stabilize in August

After a summer of increasing unemployment, the tri-counties experienced a respite in August. Carroll, Henry and Weakley counties' unemployment rates all decreased, making them on par with the national rate (4.5%) but higher than Tennessee's overall rate (3.6%).
