Threat of Bodily Harm — Michael A. Watne, Old State Route 22, McKenzie was charged with Retaliation for Past Action (Threat of Bodily Harm, and Assault on May 13.

Officers Patrolman Dillon and Lt. Brister responded to Alabama Street, where a female resident stated Watne shouted from his car at the victim, stating “I should kill you for calling the cops…” He then sped away. Officers located Watne at a nearby address and issued a citation and placed him in custody.

Vandalism — On May 11, McKenzie Police Department received a complaint from Joyce Scates that someone entered an unoccupied rental house on Booker Street and damaged some of the contents.

Public Intoxication — Timothy Johnson, Everett Street, McKenzie, was charged with Public Intoxication on May 15.

Officer Bryan Batchelder filed the report stating that Johnson entered a convenience store and was asked to leave. He refused, grabbed the door, and shook it violently. He then invited the store clerk to exit the store and fight. Johnson was arrested and transported to Carroll County Jail.
