HUNTINGDON (April 15) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on April 15.

The following cases were bound over to a grand jury:

Jamie L. Garrison, Hwy. 70, Cedar Grove, bound over, Driving While in Possession of Methamphetamine; bound over, Schedule II Drugs: Meth – Mfg., Deliver, Sell, Possess.

Mark Daniel Noah, Bluebird Lane, Huntingdon, bound over, Meth – Possess or Casual Exchange.

Kristopher C. Stenberg, Holmes Street, Trezevant, bound over, Public Intoxication; bound over, Disorderly Conduct; bound over, Assault on First Responder.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Raymond Blackburn, Mt. Moriah Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Speeding, no fine, payment arrangements through clerk’s office; dismissed, Driving While License Revoked.

Jamie L. Garrison, Hwy. 70, Cedar Grove, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, 730 days, time-served credit nine days, can get day-for-day credit upon successful completion of treatment.

Chaslyn Irene Lockhart, Jessie Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Theft of Merchandise – Up to $1,000, no fine, 11/29, $64.88 to Walmart, no contact with Walmart, supervised probation for sentence, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, report to jail May 8 at 7 p.m.

David Scott, Bruceton Vale Road, Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, 11/29, concurrent with 26cr284-2, day-for-day credit if successfully completes rehab.

David A. Scott, Bruceton Vale Road, Bruceton, guilty, Domestic Assault, no fine, 11/29, no contact with victim, persistent domestic violence offender registry; dismissed, Public Intoxication.

Kristopher C. Stenberg, Holmes Street, Trezevant, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, 11/29, can get day-for-day credit for successful completion of treatment.

The following cases were dismissed:

Hope C. Abbott, Bear Creek Road, Pinson, dismissed, Contributing to Dependency/Neglect, litigation taxes only.

Earl Kinder, Hwy. 114, Bruceton, dismissed, Probation Violation – Booked.

Chaslyn Irene Lockhart, Jessie Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed, Burglary – Other Than Habitat or Non-Public Building.

Witt Wallace Mitchum, Main Street North, McKenzie, dismissed, Driving While License Suspended.

James Adam Vermillion, Carroll Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Driving While License Suspended; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law.

Kaitlynn Autumn Webb, Woodside Drive, Dresden, dismissed, Probation Violation – Booked.

The following case was rescheduled:
