Chaslyn Irene Lockhart, Jessie Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Theft of Merchandise – Up to $1,000, no fine, 11/29, $64.88 to Walmart, no contact with Walmart, supervised probation for sentence, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, report to jail May 8 at 7 p.m.
David Scott, Bruceton Vale Road, Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, 11/29, concurrent with 26cr284-2, day-for-day credit if successfully completes rehab.
David A. Scott, Bruceton Vale Road, Bruceton, guilty, Domestic Assault, no fine, 11/29, no contact with victim, persistent domestic violence offender registry; dismissed, Public Intoxication.
