From the Mar 4, 2025 e-EditionDriving on Revoked License — On February 20, Lt. Angie Barker initiated a traffic stop on a silver Hyundai for driving 64-mph in a 45-mph speed zone on East Main Street. The driver, Charles Matheny, 53, of Milan, did not have his driver’s license, proof of insurance, or registration with him. He was transported to Carroll County Jail.
