From the Jun 24, 2025 e-EditionAssault — On June 13, Officer Dexter Richardson was dispatched to Wilson home on Northwood Drive in reference to a woman named Connie McMillian (Duncan), 51. According to the staff, McMillian had become upset with another patient at the home and became uncontrollable. Carey Counseling was en route to conduct a mental health evaluation, but Sgt. King went ahead and transported her to the ER to await Carey Counseling. Cary Counseling arrived and decided she needed to be placed in a mental health facility and McMillian became aggressive and threw a chair at Officer Richardson and attempted to strike him with a closed fist. She was transferred to Carroll County Jail for assault.
Driving on Revoked License — On June 10, Officer Kristen Lee noticed a motorcycle driving on Hwy 22 North with no lights on the rear of the motorcycle. The driver, Michael Withers, 29, had a suspended driver’s license since 2016. Withers was cited into Carroll County General Sessions for driving on revoked.
Theft of Merchandise — On June 3, Officer Michael Sevarns went to Walmart and spoke with the security officer about a subject stealing from the store. Mr. Lowe stated that the defendant stole four items at the self-checkout. Warrants have been filed for Alisha Bernal, 20.
Driving on Revoked License — On June 9, Officer Brad Allen was on patrol and stopped a vehicle for having expired registration. The driver, Jacob Click, 36, of Huntingdon, also had a suspended license. He was issued a citation into General Sessions.
Public Intoxication — On June 9, Officer Dexter Richardson was dispatched to Walmart in Huntingdon regarding a Hispanic male who appeared intoxicated inside the store. Nicolas Felipe, 31, fell inside the store and was attempting to purchase more alcohol. Officers asked Felipe if he had documentation to be in the US and he stated “No.” He was transported to Carroll County Jail for public intoxication. Once in jail, city dispatch confirmed that Felipe was in the US illegally and that ICE would be in contact with the Memphis office.
