The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Kimberly M. Arnold, Morton Road, Gleason, guilty, Criminal Trespass, no fine, no contact with victim, unsupervised probation, payment arrangements through clerk’s office; dismissed, Resisting Stop, Arrest or Search (No Weapon).
Caleb Daughtry, Park Ridge, Jackson, guilty, DUI by Allowing, $350 fine, 90-day probation, jail sentence suspended except 48 hours; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; dismissed, Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Limitations on Overtaking on the Left; dismissed, Driver’s License to be Carried and Exhibited.
Robert Doede, Paris Street, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While License Suspended, no fine, unsupervised probation, may make steps to reinstate license again, payment arrangements through clerk’s office, except litigation tax indigent waived.
Justin Melton, Hebron Church Road, Bruceton, guilty, DUI: First Offence, $350 fine, 11/29 supervised probation until all conditions met then unsupervised probation for balance, 24 hours served already completed, will receive substance abuse counseling; dismissed, Improper Lane Change.
Patrick Jerome Ross, Thompson Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, extends probation four months.
Athena Stafford, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty, Meth – MFG, Deliver, Sell, Possession With Intent, $150 fine to run concurrent, may complete rehab and get credit; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities.
Athena Stafford, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, 11/29 jail time, served 14 days, can receive day-for-day credit upon successful completion of inpatient treatment.
Melvin Dartavious Tyson, N Church Street, Reeves, guilty, Speeding, no fine, supervised probation may become unsupervised upon completion of probation terms, must make progress obtaining a valid license, $50 fine for contempt late for court; guilty, Driving While License
Suspended, no fine, supervised probation may become unsupervised upon completion of probation terms, must make progress obtaining a valid license, $50 fine for contempt late for court.
The following cases were dismissed.
