Jerry Lee, Thompson Avenue, McKenzie, bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities; bound over, Meth - Possess or Casual Exchange; bound over, Casual Exchange - Adult/Minor - Schedule VI.

Tasha Marie Simmons, Winchester Street, McKenzie, bound over, Meth - Possess or Casual Exchange.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Rashaad M. Bryant, Wells Road, Millington, Tenn., guilty, Financial Responsibility Law; dismissed, Driving While License Suspended; dismissed, Reckless Driving; dismissed, Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle; dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Jeffery Keith Goodrum, Rolling Hills Lane, McKenzie, guilty, Failure to Appear, no fine, 10 days, litigation taxes only; guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, 11/29.

Candis Highsmith, Enoch Cemetery Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Aggravated 911 Calls in Non-Emergency Situations Prohibited, no fine, 30 days, unsupervised probation for 30 days.

Robert Anthony Lusk, Carlton Terrace, Gleason, guilty, Drivers License to Be Carried and Exhibited, no fine, 30 days, unsupervised probation, forfeit weapon to Carroll County Sheriff’s Office; dismissed, Prohibited Weapons - Knuckles.

Westley Dale White, St. Johns Church Road, McKenzie, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities; $150 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for sentence, alcohol drug evaluation and counseling.

The following case resulted in pre-trial diversion:

Darwin Vega Santiago, Dodd Street, Hollow Rock, pre-trial diversion, Violation of Sexual Offender Registration Requirements, six months pre-trial diversion, six months unsupervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed:

Cody Allen Bradley, Cotham Drive, Huntingdon, dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.

William Andrew Reeves, Napier Lane, Wildersville, Tenn., dismissed, Assault - Physical Contact.

Candice Kay Wilson, Old Stage, Huntingdon, dismissed, Allowing Dog to Run at Large.
