From the Jul 8, 2025 e-EditionTrespass — According to a report by Deputy Heather Townes on June 27, Kimberlee Arnold, 35, of Atwood, was found to be at 115 Atwood Street in Trezevant after being previously trespassed on the property. When deputies arrived to the home, Kimberlee was inside and insisted that she was not trespassing and turned to walk out of the door. Deputy Townes handcuffed Kimberlee before she could leave, but Kimberlee continued to resist arrest and said she wasn’t going to jail. She was transported to Carroll County Jail.
Simple Assault — According to a report by Deputy Bo Ezell, on June 29, the Sheriff’s Office received a call from a victim in Bruceton stating that David Scott, 31, of Bruceton, had assaulted her. Once deputies arrived at the home Scott was on the front porch extremely intoxicated. He was transported to Carroll County Jail.
Possession of Sch. II — According to a report by Deputy Alex D. Sherwood, on July 1, he was dispatched to Trezevant in reference to a family member taking a golf cart and possible trespassing of unknown accomplices. The complainant advised that her daughter had arrived in a U-Haul with two unknown male subjects and taken off on a golf cart without her permission. Deputies found the subjects, and the male, Brandon Phillips, 26, of Crossville, kept giving a fake name and also had one-half gram of a crystal-like substance on his person. He was arrested and taken to Carroll County Jail.
