Matthew Celusta, Bethel Court, McKenzie, guilty, lesser charge, Public Intoxication, no fine, unsupervised probation for sentence, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations.
Matthew Dalton, Craft Road, Olive Branch, Miss., guilty, lesser charge, Theft of Merchandise - Up to $1,000, no fine, 11/29, $113.93 to Walmart, supervised probation for until conditions complete, no contact with Walmart for one year, report to Carroll County Jail on October 3, can be transferred to unsupervised after completion of conditions.
