The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on September 17.

Alan Jastrzembski, Fowler Circle, Hollow Rock, bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; bound over, Possession of Firearm Intent to Go Armed - Dangerous Felony - Sol; bound over, Possession of Weapon - Convicted Felon; bound over, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; bound over, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; bound over, Meth - Possession or Casual Exchange; bound over, Schedule II Drugs: Fentanyl - 0.5 grams or greater.
Rodrigo Atkinson Reyna, Ash Street, Bruceton, bound over, Unlawful Possession of Weapon.
Sierra Sauls, Fowler Circle, Hollow Rock, bound over, Possession of a Firearm Intent to Go Armed - Dangerous Felony; bound over, Meth - Possession or Casual Exchange; bound over, Schedule II Drugs: Fentanyl - 0.5 grams or greater; bound over, Schedule IV Drugs: MFG, Del, Sell, Possess; bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Joshua Jeremiah Darnell Bailey, W. Forest Avenue, Detroit, Mich., guilty, lesser charge, Theft of Merchandise - Shoplifting, no fine, supervised probation for sentence, no contact with Walmart, cognitive behavioral training course; pre-trial diversion, Evading Arrest.
Matthew Celusta, Bethel Court, McKenzie, guilty, lesser charge, Public Intoxication, no fine, unsupervised probation for sentence, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations.
Matthew Dalton, Craft Road, Olive Branch, Miss., guilty, lesser charge, Theft of Merchandise - Up to $1,000, no fine, 11/29, $113.93 to Walmart, supervised probation for until conditions complete, no contact with Walmart for one year, report to Carroll County Jail on October 3, can be transferred to unsupervised after completion of conditions.
Alan Donald Jastrzembski, N. Forrest, Camden, guilty, Driving While License Suspended - Nonresident; guilty, Reckless Driving; guilty, Evading Arrest.
Dennie Jessee III, Hwy. 219, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While License Revoked, no fine, supervised probation until costs are paid.
Wizdom K Laws, Wood Ave., Camden, guilty, lesser charge, Driving While License Canceled, $50 fine, supervised probation until conditions complete, must obtain valid Tennessee driver’s license; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law; dismissed, Improper Lane Change.
Caleb Riddle, Old Lavinia Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, lesser charge, Driving While License Suspended, $100 fine, supervised probation until conditions complete, brought proof of proper registration; guilty, lesser charge, Financial Responsibility Law, $100 fine, supervised probation until conditions complete, brought proof of proper registration; dismissed, Registration Expired; dismissed, Display of Registration Plates.
The following cases were rescheduled.
