HUNTINGDON (January 15) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on January 15, 2025.

One defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court.

James D. Avery, Nashville, was bound over on charges of Evading Arrest, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding, Driving While Revoked, Schedule I Drugs Possession.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Talya Brown, Rhodes Avenue, Memphis, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, time served, probation, forfeit weapon.

Clifford Lamar Clark, Jr, Eads, Tenn., guilty, Theft, time served, no contact with Walmart.

Jennifer Danaher, Ferrell Lane, Buena Vista, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, DUI School, alcohol and drug evaluation, 48 hours jail, not to drive for one year.

Jaclyn Dodd, Oaklawn Drive, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation.

Todd Dunn, Jones Mill Crossland Dr., Puryear, pre-trial diversion, Shoplifting, community service, repay $47.44, no contact with store.

Kimberly Gazaway, Park Street, McKenzie, Domestic Assault, time served, probation, no violent contact with victim.

Brandon Hillsman, Clay Street, Trezevant, guilty, Failure to Carry Driver’s License, probation; dismissed, Speeding.

Nicole Powers, Bruceton Drive, Clarksville, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, DUI School, not to drive for one year, jail 48 hours; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Donald R. Shell, Pillowvillle-Gleason Road, Gleason, guilty, Driving While Canceled, $100 fine, must obtain a valid license.

Brittany Marie Ward, Highway 190, McKenzie, Probation Violation, 18 days jail, extended probation.

Eddie Raymond Ward, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days jail, probation extended.

Jonathan York, Memphis, guilty, Simple Possession, forfeit firearm to MPD; dismissed, Unlawful Possession of Firearm; dismiss, Display of Registration Plates.

The following cases were dismissed:

Diego Calderon, Hamilton Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Driving While Suspended.

Mia Jackson, French Street, Casa Granda Arizona, dismissed, Obstruct Highway.

Hunter Lucas Manhart, dismissed, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Speeding.

Somath Pon, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, dismissed, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Financial Responsibility.

Wolf Eric Schexnider, Main Street, Atwood, dismissed, Schedule II Drugs; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
