HUNTINGDON (October 23) — The follow cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on October 23.

Bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Brandon Todd Huss, Morningside Drive, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Contraband in a Penal Facility.

Mack Caige Napier, Old Pinsson Road, Jackson, bound over on charge of Meth-Manufacture, Delivery, Sell or Possession with Intent; Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; Tampering With Evidence; Violation of Protective Order.

Mark A. Thomas, Alabama Street, McKenzie, bound over on a charge of Meth-Possess or casual exchange; Driving While Revoked - second or subsequent offense; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Violation of Window Tint.

The following defendants were found guilty or pled guilty.

Tyler Matthew Wilson, Hebron Church Road, Bruceton, bound over on a charge of Driving While Revoked; bound over, a charge of Possession of Weapon by Convicted Felon; dismissed, Criminal Impersonation.

Monica Paige Crews, Patton Street, Milan, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, sentence suspended to 13 days, supervised probation, DUI school, not to drive for one year; dismissed, Driver License-failed to change address within 10 days; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Drivers Failed to Exercise Due Care.

Betsy Lynn Davis, Liberty Park Drive, Cape Coral, Florida, guilty, DUI-First Offense, 48 hours jail, not to drive for one year, supervised probation; dismissed, Implied Consent.

Michael Davis, Green Acres Drive, Jackson, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, $150 fine, six months suspended sentence, must obtain a license; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Display/Possess Cancel/Revoke, Altered.

Michael Hollowell, Tate School Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Use of Off-Road Vehicle on Roadway; guilty, Probation Violation.

William Landen Matthews, Smith Road, Luray, Tenn., guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days jail, probation extended.

Justin Robertson, Cotham Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, Public Intoxication, probation, $50 fine.

Michael Slusher, Cox Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $350 fine, time served, supervised probation.

Sheridie Renae Smith, Carroll Street-North, Bruceton, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; $150 fine, 11/29 jail, can be exchanged for day-for-day patient rehab, guilty, Probation Violation.

Mark Thomas, Alabama Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail, can receive day-for-day credit upon successful rehab completion.

Eric N. Wright, Main Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, probation, must complete a mental evaluation; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.

Vasquez Yarbrough, Smyrna Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Criminal Simulation-Attempt; guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; $250 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to time served, no contact with fueling station, $10 restitution; probation; dismissed, Simple Possession.

The following defendant’s cases were dismissed.

Howard Glynn Corder, dismissed, Sexual Offender Registry Violation.

Jerry Thomas Corder, Field School Road, McKenzie, dismissed, Allowing Dogs to Run At Large.

Monica Davenport, Barksdale Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, Probation Violation.

John Othello Hightower, Cole Street, McKenzie, dismissed Failure to Appear.

Jimmy Melton, Jr., Atlas Street, Murfreesboro, dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Luke Andrew Perez, Pate Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Driving While Suspended.
