Sheridie Renae Smith, Carroll Street-North, Bruceton, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia; $150 fine, 11/29 jail, can be exchanged for day-for-day patient rehab, guilty, Probation Violation.
Mark Thomas, Alabama Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail, can receive day-for-day credit upon successful rehab completion.
Eric N. Wright, Main Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, probation, must complete a mental evaluation; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.
