HUNTINGDON (November 6) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on November 6.

Bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were:

James Latron Horton, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent.

Charles Rowden, Bowden Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Schedule II Drugs: Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Bryan Eubanks, Old Hickory Blvd., Jackson, guilty, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search, probation, must forfeit weapon; dismissed, Possession of Weapon by Convicted Felon; dismissed, Evading Arrest.

Jeffrey Lee, Alabama Street, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, 48 hours jail, probation; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Mayson Price, Highway 190, Trezevant, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $500 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 10 days, probation, DUI School, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Implied Consent Violation; dismissed, Improper Lane Change.

Sandra Rush, Highway 424, Yuma, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11//29 jail suspended to 10 days, probation, not to drive for one year, DUI School; dismissed, Open Container; dismissed, Improper Lane Change.

Rusty Lee Shepherd, Big Buck Road, Trezevant, guilty, DUI-Second Offense, $2,000 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 45 days, not to drive for two years, day-for-day credit for successful inpatient treatment; dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Seatbelt Violation; dismissed, Open Container.

George Taylor, Magnolia Street, McKenzie, judicial diversion, Possession/Casual Exchange, $1000 fine, probation.

Gabriel Zandus Williams, guilty, Reckless Endangerment, $200 fine, probation; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Leaving Scene of the Accident.

Deva Barber, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Anthony Bender, 21st Avenue, Birmingham, Ala., dismissed, Criminal Simulation; dismissed, Forgery.

Jordan Isiah Gilbert, Park Circle, McKenzie, dismissed, Evading Arrest.

Christopher Ernest Hones, Lexington Street, Bruceton, dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Malik Reid, Romie Drive, Jackson, Tenn., dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs-Manufacture, Delivery, Sell, or Possess; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ronyaunus Tharpe, Sebastian Drive, Jackson, dismissed, Possession of Weapon with Intent to Go Armed with agreement to testify in cases against Raekwon Dodd; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possession; Dismissed, Light Law.
