One defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Jonathan Hayden, Lanier Avenue, Tuscaloosa, Ala., was bound over on two charges of Criminal Simulation.
The following cases resulted in a finding or plea of guilty.
Mason Neal Arnold, Highway 22, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Reckless Endangerment-no weapon, $350 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling at Cumberland Heights.
Christina Baker, Roundhouse Road, Hollow Rock, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $2,000 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 10 days, alcohol and drug assessment.
Brandon Graham, Highway 104, Cedar Grove, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, $50 fine, six months probation, must obtain a driver’s license.
William Hollowell, Hawkins Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Public Intoxication; dismissed, Probation Violation.
Destiny Jones, homeless, McKenzie, guilty, Driver’s License Must Be Carried and Exhibited, 30 days jail suspended to eight days, probation; dismissed, Display of Registration Plate; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law; dismissed, Vehicle Registration - Improper Use; dismissed, Probation Violation; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Probation Violation; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.
Kevon Marcellus Keaton, Ward Drive, Millington, guilty, Driving While Canceled, $50 fine, probation, must obtain a license; dismissed, Speeding.
Jannie Diana Leone, Kay Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, probation extended.
Robert Justin Lyles, Hillsboro Street, Greenfield, guilty, Use or Possess Substance or Device to Falsify Drug Test, 11/29 jail suspended to 30 days, probation.
Darrick Small, Windsor Ct. Eads, Tenn., pre-trial diversion, Driving While License Canceled, $150 fine, six months probation, must obtain driver’s license; dismissed, Speeding.
Everine Sykes, Gayosa Street, Grenada, Miss., guilty, Drivers License Must Be Carried and Exhibited, 30 days jail suspended to two days, probation; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed, Light Law.
Brenda Lee Travis, Blaylock Store Road, McKenzie, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities, $250 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to time served, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
The following cases were dismissed.

William Ray Kail, Highway 79 Lane, Atwood, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
