HUNTINGDON (October 30) — The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Sara Durrance, Crews Drive, Hollow Rock, bound over on charge of Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.

Odell Andre Holder, Fifth Avenue, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent; bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

Jacob Saulters, Walter Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on charges of Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent; bound over, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; guilty, Probation Violation.

Tory Turner, Norsworthy Lane, Sedalia, Kentucky, bound over, Evading Arrest-Flight Vehicle; bound over, Reckless Driving.

The following resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Russell Norris Baumann, III, Lois Street, Paris, guilty, DUI-Second Offense, $600 fine, 11/29 jail, suspended to 45 days; probation, not to drive for two years, DUI School, must serve 17 days with remainder eligible for day-for-day in-patient rehab treatment; dismissed, Driving While Revoked.

Curt Cobb, Heintzelman Avenue, Cedar Springs, Mich., guilty, Reckless Driving, $350 fine, time served, probation; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed, Not Wearing Motorcycle Helmet.

Victor Donyphn Foster, Jamison Drive, Huntingdon,, guilty, Schedule VI Drugs- Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess, $750 fine, jail sentence to run concurrent with Circuit Court sentence; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent.

Tyler Johnson, Oak Street, Kenton, Tenn., guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, nine days jail, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, Window Tint Violation; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Driving While Suspended-Second or Subsequent Offense; dismissed, Meth-Casual Exchange.

Edgar Leroy Longworth, II, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 jail suspended; dismissed, Possession of Firearm with Intent to Go Armed; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Daniel Lott, Farris Carter Street, Atwood, guilty, Public Intoxication, $50 fine, time served, probation.

Donald McKee, Winberry Cove, Arlington, Tenn., DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours, not to drive for one year, weapon to be surrendered.

Tiffany Richardson, Jordan Avenue, Huntingdon, guilty, Theft of Merchandise, 48 hours jail, no contact with retailer for one year, probation.

Travis Shaw, Jr. Robin Hood Lane, Memphis, judicial diversion, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, probation; dismissed, Light Law Violation.

Andrew A. Tosh, Clarksburg Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Public Intoxication, 10 days jail; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search.

Kimberly Townsend, Hollow Rock, guilty, Public Intoxication, probation for 30 days; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search; dismissed, Assault on First Responder.

Benjamin Bruce Williams, guilty, Driving While Canceled, $50 fine, time served, probation, must obtain a driver’s license; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.
