Joby Farough, Robin Ct., Nunnelly, Tenn., guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Use and Activities, $750 fine, probation; dismissed, Window Tint; dismissed Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
Chase Freeman, Blythe Street, Paris, pre-trial diversion, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, probation; dismissed, Drug Paraphernalia.
Terrie Funburg, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Allowing Dog to Run At Large.
Steven R. Gooch, Yuma, guilty, Theft of Merchandise-Shoplifting, 11-29 jail, suspended to 48 hours, $28.27 restitution, probation, no contact with Walmart.
Cinda Kay Hampton, East Walnut, McKenzie, guilty, Allowing Dog to Run At Large, $100 fine.
James Rowland Hinson, Bright Rd., Huntingdon, guilty, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Driving Without License; dismissed, Seatbelt.
Stephen D. Lott, Smith Road,, Bethel Springs, pre-trial diversion, Failure to Notice of Accident, $100 fine, probation; dismissed, Leaving Scene of Accident; dismissed, Driver Failure to Exercise Due Care.
Kenneth Wayne Payne, Jr., Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation; dismissed, Criminal Trespass.
Trent Townes, Linden Street, McKenzie, guilty, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess, $750 fine, 30 days jail to run consecutive to other sentence, forfeit $1,075 to 24th Judicial Drug Task Force; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Patricia Watwood, Oakhill, Huntingdon, guilty, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent, $750 fine, 180 days jail to run concurrent with other sentence, probation, after 90 days, may be released to inpatient drug and alcohol treatment; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
Eric Wright, Main Street, Huntingdon, guilty DUI-First Offense, guilty, Probation Violation, $350 fine, $300 restitution to Walmart, 90 days jail/18 days served, probation; dismissed, Open Container; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct; dismissed, Reckless Driving; dismissed, Implied Consent; dismissed, Theft of Merchandise.
