HUNTINGDON (December 18) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on December 18.

The following defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Christopher Lee Mancell, Northwood Drive, Huntingdon, bound over, Driving While Suspended, Reckless Endangerment-Vehicle, Reckless Driving.

Marion Keith Nanney, Alabama Street, McKenzie, bound over, Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.

Gina Marie Pierce, Butler Speedway, Bruceton,, bound over, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent; Schedule VI Drugs; Schedule IV; Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Go Armed-Dangerous Felony; Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
