Bradley Gibson, Paris Street, McKenzie, bound over on a charge of DUI-First Offense, Unlawful Use of Telecommunication Device While Driving, Implied Consent.
Tammy Teeter, Radford Lake Road, Henry, bound over on a charge of Schedule II Drugs- Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.

Jenna Cornelison, Lake Street, Camden, pre-trial diversion, Underage Possession and Transportation of Beer; dismissed, Youth Tobacco law; pre-trial diversion of six months, $50 fine, probation.
Morgan Scott Napier, Old Pinson Road, Jackson, judicial diversion, Underage Driving While Impaired, $100 fine, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling, supervised probation; dismissed, Seat Belt Violation.
Ashlynn Redmond, West 9th Street, Trenton, pre-trial diversion, Underage Driving While Impaired, probation; dismissed, Speeding, dismissed, Youth Tobacco Law.
Michael A. Smith, Dillon Road,, Denmark, guilty, Probation Violation, guilty, Driving While Canceled-Second or Subsequent Offense, $100 fine, 10 days jail, probation; dismissed, Stop Sign Violation.
