Angelo R. Edwards, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, was bound over to the Grand Jury on charges of Schedule VI Drugs: MFG, Del, Sell, Possession; Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities; Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and Meth - MFG, Deliver, Sell, Possession with Intent.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Kenneth Ray Beckham, Dollar Hill Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, booked, credit for all time served, can receive day-for-day credit upon completion of 90-day inpatient rehab.
Stephen Moffler, Hwy 423, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, booked, time served credit 136 days.
William D. Moore, Terry Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, Probation Violation, not booked, credit towards sentence is 144 days including inpatient treatment.
Arden M. Simmons, Hickory Flat Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, DUI: Second Offense, $350 fine, supervised probation until conditions met, alcohol drug evaluation, no driving in Tennessee for one year, ignition interlock, DUI school, forfeits interest in handgun seized to the THP; dismissed, Possession of a Handgun Under the Influence; dismissed, Drivers to Exercise Due Care.
Megan Smith, N. 24th Avenue, Humboldt, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia – Attempt, $250 fine, supervised probation, cognitive behavioral course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendation; dismissed, Driving While License Revoked; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
Trent M. Townes, Linden Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, not booked.
Hanna M. Wells, McCree Road, Paris, guilty, Driving While License Revoked; dismissed, Light Law - Motor Vehicle.
The following case resulted in judicial diversion.
Romeo Perez, Rolling Hills Park Cove, Yuma, judicial diversion, Vandalism of Highway Structures, $100 fine, supervised probation until conditions complete, 50 hours of community service.
The following case resulted in pre-trial diversion.
Crystal Porter, Milan Hwy, Trenton, pre-trial diversion, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities, $750 fine, review date 8-19-26 at 9 a.m., supervised probation until conditions met, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
