Jeremy Christy, Clearview Ave., Trezevant, guilty, lesser charge, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, 11/29 supervised probation for sentence, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities.
Brylyn S. Demarini, Memorial Dr., Paris, guilty, lesser charge, Theft of Merchandise-Shoplifting, no fine, 11/29, $23.92 to Walmart, supervised probation for 11/29, no contact with Walmart; dismissed, Burglary-Other Than Habitat or Non-Public Building.
Charles D. Dunning, Old Hwy. 22, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation-Booked, no fine, probation extended for four months, may receive credit for completion of inpatient facility after serving 10 days.
Kestin D. Horton, Florida Court, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation-Booked, no fine, supervised probation for balance, probation extended by three months.
Eric Inman, Mulberry Grove Road, Bradford, guilty, Probation Violation-Booked, $350 fine, 30 days supervised probation, will be allowed to expire upon payment of probation fees.
Jeffrey Mitchell, Broad St., Hollow Rock, guilty, lesser charge, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $1,000 fine, 11/29 supervised probation for balance, unsupervised all conditions are met; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities.
Angela Monego, Old Lavinia Rd., Cedar Grove, guilty, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 supervised probation until paid in full and compliant, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, not drive in Tennessee for one year, ignition interlock, DUI school.
Christopher Stewart, Donnell Ave., Greenfield, guilty, Disorderly Conduct, no fine, no contact with victim, unsupervised probation for 30 days; dismissed, Harassment.
Tarus D. Taylor, Cherrywood Apt. 3, McKenzie, guilty, lesser charge, Driving While License Suspended, no fine, supervised probation for six months, unsupervised probation if paid in full conditions of probation; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law.
The following cases resulted in a pre-trial diversion finding.
Tera Wiggs, New Prospect Rd., McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Domestic Assault, no fine, unsupervised probation for 11/29, payment arrangements through clerk’s office, no contact with victim court appearances excepts and custody exchange and school events, custody exchange to be at the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department for regular visitation, Thursday exchange to be at the 101 Travel Plaza at the 101 exit, the parties understand they are to communicate with their respective civil attorneys regarding the above exchange locations.

Michael St., Bells, pre-trial diversion, Speeding, supervised probation for 11/29, unsupervised probation once all costs paid and conditions met, must complete traffic school within 30 days; pre-trial diversion, Window Tinted, supervised probation for 11/29, unsupervised probation once all costs paid and conditions met, must complete traffic school within 30 days; dismissed, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
