Samuel A. Jewell, Booker St., McKenzie, bound over, Theft of Property - $2,500 to < $10,000 - Sol; bound over, Vandalism (up to $1,000); bound over, Burglary - Auto/Boat/Airplane Other Motor Vehicle - ATT; bound over, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Angel Arenivar, Newsome St., McKenzie, guilty, Reckless Driving, $350 fine, 11/29 supervised probation for until paid in full and compliant; dismissed, DUI: Third Offense.

Michael C. Haynes Jr., Breezy Loop, Oakland, Tenn., guilty, Driving While License Suspended, supervised probation; dismissed, Vehicles/Streetcars Stop At All Stop Signs.

Vickie S. Knight, Spur Ln., Bruceton, guilty, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 supervised probation for until conditions are met, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendation, cannot drive in Tennessee for one year, ignition interlock, DUI school, defendant waives extradition; dismissed, Leave Scene of Accident - Property Damage; dismissed, Fugitive From Justice - Misd.; dismissed, Immediate Notice of Accident; dismissed, Drivers to Exercise Due Care.

Ronnie J. Maxwell, Highway 70, Cedar Grove, guilty, Driving While License Suspended, $250 fine, supervised probation until complete conditions of probation, must obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license.

Shannon M. Donna D. Shadix, Natchez Trace Rd., Paris, guilty, Probation Violation - Not Booked, no fine, 90 days, can get day-for-day credit upon successful completion of inpatient treatment, probation extended for six months.

Geneva S. Tesneair, E. Main St., Huntingdon, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities, $150 fine, 11/29 supervised probation until conditions met, cognitive behavioral training course.

Quiana J. Tharpe, Phelissa Dr., La Vergne, guilty, Driving While License Cancelled, $250 fine, supervised probation until conditions complete, must obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license; dismissed, Speeding.

Cody Williams, High St., Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While License Cancelled, $100 fine, six months supervised probation until conditions completed, must obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license; dismissed, Registration Expired; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law.

Isiah G. Willis, Cheatham St., Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, can receive day-for-day credit upon successful completion of inpatient treatment.

The following cases resulted in judicial diversion.

Shelby Gibson, West End Avenue, McKenzie, judicial diversion, Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment, no fine, 11/29 supervised probation for six months, unsupervised probation for balance, must follow all requirements for counseling; dismissed, Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment; dismissed, Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.

Zachary S. Morgan, West End Avenue, McKenzie, judicial diversion, Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment, no fine, 11/29 supervised probation for sentence, must comply with all requirements and orders of juvenile court.
