The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on October 29, 2025.

Michael Gukeisen, Terry Road, Huntingdon, bound over, Theft of Property - $2,500 to <$10,000; bound over, Meth - Possession or Casual Exchange; bound over, Driving While in Possession of Methamphetamine; bound over, Reckless Driving; bound over, Driving While License Suspended.

Heath Rhodes, Hwy 104 North, Lexington, bound over, Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine - 0.5 grams or greater.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Joshua Cook, House Church Road, Atwood, guilty, Probation Violation - Drugs, supervised probation for balance, extend for three months.

Michael Lee Fowler, Bell Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Meth - Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 supervised probation for balance, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation recommendations, forfeits interest in motorcycle seized, sentence will run concurrent with Carroll VOP; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities.

Larry Brent Leach, McCowat Street, Jackson, guilty, Tampering With Evidence, $150 fine, 11/29 supervised probation for minimum of 90 days then unsupervised probation if all conditions are met, cognitive behavioral training course.

Sucatus L. Long, Walnut Lane, McKenzie, guilty, Leave Scene of Accident - Property Damage, no fine, six months supervised probation until conditions met; dismissed, Driving Without License; dismissed, Immediate Notice of Accident.

Daryl E. Ross, Tate School Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, 11/29 consecutive to sentence in Humphreys County.

James Travis, Curtis Street, Paris, guilty, Probation Violation - Not Booked, supervised probation for nine months, probation extended by nine months; guilty, Failure to Appear, no fine.

Keon J. Williams, North Main Street, McKenzie, guilty, Evading Arrest, no fine, 30 days.

The following cases were dismissed.

Samantha Hughes, West Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, Schedule III Drugs: MFG, Deliver, Sell, Possess; dismissed, Meth - Possess or Casual Exchange; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Timothy S. Hickey, Herd Law Road, Trenton, dismissed, Meth - Possession or Casual Exchange.

The following cases were rescheduled.
