The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Brandon L. Graham, Hwy.104 W, Cedar Grove, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, six months.

Stephany G. La Guardia, Little Brook Lane, Jackson, guilty, Evading Arrest Flight - Vehicle - Att.; dismissed, Speeding.

Dalton Manhart, Cotton Creek Road, Bruceton, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, $100 fine, six months supervised probation until all conditions completed, must obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license; dismissed, Speeding.

Ashley Martin, Hwy. 79 Lane, Atwood, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; $150 fine, 11/29 supervised probation, may be transferred to unsupervised probation if all conditions complete after 90 days.

John D. McDaniel, W. Main Street, Union City, guilty, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, supervised probation until conditions met, cognitive behavioral training course, cannot drive in Tennessee for one year, DUI school; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law.

Marcus A. Robert Dean Sweatt II, Shades Bridge Road, Greenfield, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, 11/29.

Steven J. Thompson, 423 Lane, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, 30 days supervised probation, probation extended by three months and 29 days.

The following case resulted in a judicial diversion finding.

Stacey Hart, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, judicial diversion, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities, $250 fine, 10-day sentence, 180 days supervised probation, minimum 90 days can transfer to unsupervised probation if all conditions are met, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol and drug evaluation and recommendations; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
