The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Bobby Joe Campbell, W. Cherry Street, Milan, guilty, Evading Arrest, $100 fine, 11/29 supervised probation for 90 days, may become unsupervised probation for balance when conditions are met; dismissed, Driving While License Revoked.
Shayna Casey, Highway 105, Trezevant, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, may serve sentence on consecutive weekends, balance extended six months.
James Henry, Replogle Lumber Road, Henry, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, 11/29.
Stedman Pettigrew, Hamilton Street, McKenzie, guilty, Violation of Motor Vehicle Ignition Interlock Device, $250 fine, six months supervised probation, must attend DUI school, alcohol and drug assessment, follow recommendations, provide proof to Probation Department.
Anthony Ronald Turner, Hidden Hills Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 supervised probation for balance, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, forfeit knuckles, may enroll and successfully complete long-term inpatient treatment after serving 30 days; dismissed, Tampering With Evidence; dismissed, Driving While License Suspended; dismissed, Prevent/Obstruct Service of Legal Process; dismissed, Prohibited Weapons - Knuckles.
The following case resulted in a pre-trial diversion finding.
Paul R. Pozniak, Shoreline Drive, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, Aggravated 911 Calls in Non-Emergency Situations Prohibited, $500 fine, six months supervised probation for sentence, may become unsupervised for balance upon completion of all conditions of probation, shall complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow any recommendations, submit proof to clerk’s office; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.
